This Gibsons Holiday home is a privately owned luxurious modern house available for vacation rentals.
The vacation rental home is on a bluff with spectacular views of ocean, islands and mountains, surrounded by lovely gardens with lots of privacy.
This attractive four level holiday house with 4 bedrooms offers vacation accommodation for  up to 8 people (sorry, no children under 16 years, no pets, no smoking indoors).

On the entrance level is a large living room with a  fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A secured sliding door leads to a sun deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ.
The upper level features a large master bedroom with a king size bed and sitting area; a small bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a luxury bathroom with a double therapeutic tub, 2 showers ( rain- and adjustable head), 2 basins and 2 toilets.
One half level down from the entrance floor is another large bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet and a laundry. 
Another half level down is a large family/bedroom room with a sliding door to a covered deck. This room has a wood burning stove, cable TV and  day beds.
Walk outside through a landscaped garden and down a stairway to a large stone paved patio. Long staircases lead down to the water's edge. 
The house is smoke-free.
This West Coast style seaside holiday house is available for your exclusive use. The vaulted ceilings throughout the living area give an amazing sense of space.

The holiday rental property is ideal for group bookings as it offers holiday accommodation for couples, singles,  reunions or corporate events.

$ 350.00 per night with a three night minimum stay. This would also include the $ 100.00 gift certificate.
An extra refundable damage deposit of $ 150.00 is required.

High season:  May 16 - October 14 and Dec. 16 - Jan.14
CDN  1600.00 per week for up to 4 people and 75.00 per extra person per night. This includes a $100.00 gift certificate to the Uropa Restaurant.

$ 350.00 per night with a three night minimum stay.
